Rhea Shearer is a Team Lead based in our Aberdeen office. With a strong emphasis on organisation and collaboration, Rhea ensures that every member of the team understands their role and contributes to delivering excellent client experiences.

Rhea’s passion for building trust and relationships, both with her team and the clients they serve, is evident in her leadership style. EMBRACING CHANGE AND ADAPTING FOR OUR CLIENTS

As financial planning becomes more tech-driven, we need to embrace new opportunities and solutions that ensure efficiency. One of the biggest challenges in my area is the adoption of new technology. It’s important to involve the team in decisions and communicate how these changes will benefit both them and their clients. When people feel involved and understand the value of these changes, they are more likely to embrace them. Communication is key to helping everyone adapt and thrive.

Although technology can help to streamline processes, it’s the personal touch that often makes the biggest difference. Clients want to know that we’re here for them personally, ready to answer questions and provide support in a way that suits them. I think the key word here is ‘balance’. As the industry becomes more virtual and tech-driven, it is important that we understand our clients’ preferences and what works best for them to achieve their goals.”
