WHO I HELP

I provide support to a wide range of clients from successful families to those who are managing a windfall, such as through financial settlements from personal injury or medical negligence cases. My role is to ensure they receive the administrative support they need to make their financial journey as seamless as possible.

HOW I HELP

My work involves providing comprehensive administrative support to both our clients and Financial Planners. From answering queries and transcribing meeting notes to generating paperwork and maintaining records, I make sure that every detail is taken care of.

Lisa Dowie is part of our Client Service Support team based in our Charlotte Square office. She offers a personal touch to the administrative side of client care, helping to ensure that every client feels heard and supported. Lisa brings a fresh approach to client service, emphasising the importance of clarity, communication, and relationship-building.

Lisa’s role sees her working closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, assisting with everything from generating paperwork to addressing client queries with a calm and reassuring presence. She plays a key role in coordinating various tasks behind the scenes, ensuring that meetings run smoothly and that clients feel reassured throughout the process. Whether it’s through a phone call to answer a question or providing clarity on their paperwork, she is always ready to help.
